What to include in a support request
Your game version, loader, pack name/version, what you expected, what happened and a short relevant error excerpt. Never include passwords, API keys, private tokens or customer data in logs.
Current contact availability
The public support email has not been configured. Customer ticket submission requires the account service; the site will tell you if it is unavailable rather than pretending a message was sent.
No response-time or around-the-clock support promise is made. A ticket receipt confirms storage in the account system, not an email delivery or a human reply.
